Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size, color, or damaged items, subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
